1. How do I subscribe?

There are 3 ways you can subscribe.

Online: Using this website! http://www.magsonline.com.au (this link will take you to our home page where you can subscribe to any of our magazines)

Phone: Call our order line on 1300 656 933 between 9am-5:30pm EST, Monday to Friday.

Post: Fill out a subscription form found in most issues and post to:

You can pay by cheque, money order, or fill in your credit card details.

2. When will I receive my first issue if I subscribe today?

Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of your first issue for a monthly title, and between 6-8 weeks for a bi-monthly title. Your confirmation letter/email will have details of your start and expiry issues.

3. What can I do if my magazine does not arrive?

Your magazine will usually arrive on or around the on-sale date in stores. Monthly titles are dispatched a few days before the on-sale date, so please do not consider your magazine late until a few days after it goes on sale in stores. After this time, you can call 1300 656 933 and we will gladly send you out a replacement copy!

4. How will you acknowledge my order?

Online orders: We will send you an email confirmation notice outlining your start and expiry issue.

Phone and Postal orders: We will send you a confirmation letter by post outlining your start and expiry issue. If you purchase a gift subscription, your confirmation letter will come with a gift card which you can hand to your friend or loved one on that special day.

5. If I'm giving a gift subscription, do you send something to the recipient?

Online orders: At the time of purchase, you can select the option of sending an email gift card to your recipient informing them of your present. This can be sent immediately, or on a specific date in the future.

Phone orders: When speaking to our helpful staff, please let them know that you would like a gift card to be sent to your recipient. This will inform them of your purchase and outline their start and expiry issue.

Postal orders: Just tick the appropriate box on the order slip and we will post out a gift letter to your recipient.

6. Will I receive the free gift with my first issue?

No, as some gifts are bulky and require special packaging, your gift will arrive separately within 4-6 weeks after placing your order.

7. Can I arrange a subscription to go to another country?

Yes, however some offers are only valid to certain countries.

8. If I don't have a credit card, is there another way that I can pay?

Yes! All postal orders can be accompanied by cheque or money order (please do not send cash).

9. Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription?

Yes! When you cancel your subscription and request a refund, you will receive a refund for all unsent issues. Credit card payments will be credited back to your card within 7-14 days. For cheque or money order payments please allow up to 28 days to receive your refund cheque. If you ask to cancel your subscription, we will cancel your subscription on expire.

10. How do I renew my subscription?

Click the 'Your Subscription' link above and click on 'Renew your subscription'.

11. How do I change my address?

You can click on the 'Your Subscription' link at the top of the page. On this page, you can update any of your details and also check your subscription status, view on sale dates, and even renew your subscription!

12. What if I receive a damaged issue?

Email us newsmagazines@subscribenow.com.au or phone 1300 656 933 and we'll gladly send you out a replacement copy!

13. Can I order a back issue?

Yes! Please phone 1300 656 933 between 9am – 5:30pm to place your order.

14. I'm going away for a while, can you put my subscription on hold?

Sure! Just phone 1300 656 933 and we'll put your subscription on hold. Just contact us when you are ready to start your subscription again.
